The France international hit a sensational second-half treble as Los Blancos booked their place in the Copa del Rey final with a stunning 4-0 win.
Karim Benzema produced one of the great Clasico performances as Real Madrid progressed to the final of the Copa del Rey at the expense of bitter rivals Barcelona with a sensational 4-0 win at a shell-shocked Camp Nou.
Carlo Ancelotti's side trailed 1-0 from the first leg at the Santiago Bernabeu but levelled the semi-final tie on aggregate when Vinicius Junior struck just before half-time.
Benzema then went to work, silencing the home fans with three second-half strikes.
The first arrived following good work from Luka Modric, while he rolled home his second goal from the penalty spot, after Vinicius had been felled in the area.
The Brazilian then teed up Benzema for his first-ever Clasico hat-trick, as Madrid set up a showdown with Osasuna in some style.
Below, GOAL rates the Madrid players on show at Camp Nou…
Goalkeeper & Defence
Thibaut Courtois (8/10):
Always steps up when Madrid need him most, making a big save from Robert Lewandowski just before Vinicius Junior's crucial opener.
Dani Carvajal (7/10):
Can be a weak link at times but was utterly untroubled by Gavi.
Eder Militao (8/10):
Excellent performance in the heart of defence. Celebrated a brilliant block at one point, and rightly so. He was immense.
David Alaba (7/10):
Also solid as a rock, producing a succession of vital clearances.
Eduardo Camavinga (9/10):
We've seen him play left-back before, most notably for France, but never this well. Excellent in possession but absolutely fantastic in the tackle, winning one challenge after another. Completely nullified Raphinha.

Luka Modric (8/10):
Age is just a number to the Croatian, who provided a characteristically classy assist for Benzema during another impressive display.
Toni Kroos (7/10):
There were fears that he might be overrun after being selected at the base of a midfield shorn of Camavinga and Aurelien Tchouameni but he was his usual commanding self, winning the ball regularly and using it efficiently.
Federico Valverde (6/10):
Pretty neat and tidy in possession, and covered plenty of ground, but didn't offer his usual attacking threat having been asked to do the running for two elder statesmen beside him.

Rodrygo (6/10):
Was involved in the break that led to the opener but not his best evening in a Madrid shirt. Replaced with just under 20 minutes to go.
Karim Benzema (9/10):
The Frenchman has come in for a little criticism of late but this was a reminder of his star quality. Two goals and an assist for one of the most complete No.9s the game has ever seen. Only denied a perfect 10 because he squandered an excellent chance to score his third five minutes before completing his hat-trick!
Vinicius Junior (8/10):
A constant threat to the Barca defence, tormenting them every time he picked up the ball. Broke the deadlock, won the penalty and created the final goal. Sensational.

Marco Asensio (7/10):
Only came on in the 72nd minute but went close to getting on the scoresheet with a low effort that Marc-Andre ter Stegen palmed away to safety.
Aurelien Tchouameni (N/A):
Only introduced in place of Modric for the last few minutes.
Dani Ceballos (N/A):
Came on for Vinicius Junior late on.
Carlo Ancelotti (9/10):
A lot of Madrid fans were concerned by the line-up but the Italian once again got his selection and tactics spot on in a big knockout tie. They'll miss him when he's gone…
