The 34-year-old ex-Houston Texans star posted a clip on social media platform X, formerly Twitter, showing him in the stands with the Clarets during Saturday's 2-1 defeat to West Ham. He said the journey took nearly an entire day to get to England from the USA, but it appears it was worth it in the end!
"20 hours of flying for a 90 minute match. A disappointing end to an impressive performance. But would I do it all over again? Every single time. Up The Clarets!"

Watt and the Clarets have formed an incredible relationship since he joined the club over the summer. On the same trip as this, he was caught pouring pints for supporters at a local pub, while also detailing his journey across social media. He's followed in the footsteps of Wrexham's Hollywood owners Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds, with NFL star Tom Brady also now in the mix at Championship club Birmingham City.

The Clarets will look to bounce back after their poor showing against the Hammers, and an overall rough start to the 2023-24 campaign. Next up is a date with fellow promoted side, Sheffield United, in what Vincent Kompany will likely view as a must-win contest for Burnley.
